Email List and Data Responsibilities

1. Buyers are responsible for understanding the policies of their chosen Email Service Providers (ESP), including acceptable bounce rates, abuse rates, and restrictions. InfoGlobalData is not responsible for abuse reports, account suspensions, or other outcomes from using purchased email lists. Some ESPs may not allow purchased lists. Suggested ESPs are available upon request.

2. All data is sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees.

3. Normal processing time for list purchases is 36–72 hours after receiving completed order documents and payment. Quantities may vary due to updates or cleansing; clients will be notified of any changes.

4. InfoGlobalData makes no guarantees regarding email open rates, click-through rates, or other measures of email marketing performance. Customers agree to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including CAN-SPAM (USA) and CASL (Canada), and release InfoGlobalData from liability arising from data use.

Refund Policy

Databases and e-mail marketing follow the same principle as software- once opened or downloaded, it is a final sale. Due to the nature of the data, all sales are final and non-refundable. By processing your order and submitting your contact information, you are entering into a binding purchase contract. This has been done to protect the integrity of our databases from fraudulent activities and those who are looking to steal our data. *Data is sold as is without warranties or guarantees.

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Operation of the Site may be interrupted or contain errors. InfoGlobalData is not responsible for customer-submitted errors in designs, low-resolution images, or user-selected options, and does not proof documents prior to processing.
